Welcome Jenni
Family Promise of Hendricks County recently shared the news of their new Chief Executive Officer, Jenni Crago.
Over the past several months, the Family Promise Board has dedicated significant time and effort to finding the right individual to lead their organization forward. After a thorough and thoughtful search, they are confident that Jenni is the right person to continue growing our impact and leading our incredible team.
Jenni brings years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, a deep commitment to serving underserved populations, and strong roots in Hendricks County. In fact, she was part of the initial group that helped establish Family Promise in our community. Her expertise in partnership development, securing funding to support essential services, and implementing innovative programs tailored to individuals experiencing homelessness make her an outstanding fit for Family Promise.
Jenni’s collaborative approach, combined with her down-to-earth personality and extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, distinguished her from a highly competitive pool of candidates. Family Promise is confident that her leadership will strengthen their organization and deepen their impact across the county.
Family Promise will continue benefiting from the expertise of the Chief Operating Officer, Jennifer Crooks, whose operational leadership has been critical to their success during this time of transition.
Together, Jenni and Jennifer bring complementary skill sets, positioning Family Promise to strengthen programs and partnerships. Family Promise and RJS are excited about the innovative ways this leadership team will enhance our services and expand our impact for families in Hendricks County.
